Noisy clutch in Ford Focus 2004?

Jeez, I'm losing sleep over this problem. My Hubby is out of work so have no spare cash for garage repairs right now and I'm too scared to even have a mechanic look. Why does my guitar make a rattle/buzzing sound?

My guitar (acoustic epiphone) makes this weird sound whenever i play it, my cousin has the exact same one and i can play perfectly fine on hers but for some reason mine makes that noise. What's wrong with my lizards' stool?

I have 2 Western Fence Lizards, and I believe one of them is sick. I really think it's my female, as she's had health problems with her previous owner before (My male, Henry, is wildcaught and notably hardy). To put it simply, her urates and most of her poo is losing shape and form. When I looked in the tank the smell was just awful. She's forming her second clutch. My ReptiSun UVB has about 1 month left on it (it was installed in January). The tank is well-ventilated and they are well-fed. I give her Miner-All every second feeding. She has fresh water. Although he is hardy like I said, I plan on isolating my male if it is serious.

What kind of nocturnal animal in Michigan makes a sound like a rattlesnake and cat hiss in trees at night?

We live in a southern Genesee county subdivision, and every night we hear this new sound coming from many of the mature trees on our block. It is not cicaidas, because there is really no pitch or tone to the sound, it literally sounds like if you mixed a rattlesnakes rattle with a cat's angry hiss, and it's pretty loud. Also, the bats that live around here are all small, and don't produce this kind of volume, unless its groups of them or something... I haven't turned up very much on the internet, and we're trying to figure out what these things are because it's creeping us out!!!

Should I repair or replace my 13 year old Kenmore washer?

From the age and that it is a Kenmore top load, I'm going to guess that it is a Whirlpool built machine. If that assumption is correct, I will suggest that the skate plate has worn enough to cause the "shake and rattle thing". The skate plate is the triangular piece of metal that the tub slides around on. It is hard to believe that a little bit of wear on the painted surface could cause the severe shaking, but, trust me, it is the case. The plate will cost around $ 65.00 or so and can be purchased from Whirlpool, Sears or any Appliance Parts retailer. It is not difficult to replace so if you have had no other issues with your machine, I would replace it. While you are at it, you may want to replace the drive coupler (motor to transmission) as it will probably be worn sufficiently to warrant replacement.

Okay, so I was driving for like the 1st time by myself. When I got to the end of my street that I live on, I stopped and then rolled forward getting ready to stop again because I couldn't see if there was anyone coming. Just as I was getting ready to stop after rolling forward a few feet, a car came in the opposite direction, slammed on her breaks, and blasted the horn at me. 1997 Volvo S90 Engine Lock HELP?

200,000 mi., 6cyl., 2.9L., oil fine, has been running fine with some coolant use. Last week only at morning start up had a valve rattle that would last a few minutes then go away with the rest of the day ok. Two mornings ago it just made a hum noise and won't turn. I have pulled the plugs, placed in neutral and can not turn engine by hand. I am in the process of pulling the valve cover and on to the head because I seem to have a lot of oil/coolant on the back of engine running on the Tran. May be something. I'm a little stuck because right now because I have pulled all the cover bolts and have tried everything I can think of to remove the star T40 bolts that hold the camshaft sensor on and can't get them to budge. Very little room to work (back of engine next to fire wall). I need help on how you would proceed from here and what to look for. I have replaced a head gasket and had the head machined on a Accord before so I think I can do this. This is my family's main car and I really need to fix with very limited funds. Please Help......

Squeaking, rattling sound and vibration when I turn on my cars AC?

When I turn on my cars (1998 Mercury Mystique) AC my car makes a chrip/squeaking/rattle-type sound and the steering wheel vibrates. When I turn my AC off, it completely stops. I'll have to disagree with you. Try telling a little child that. Never mind that, you can't tell me that because I was a victim of it. I was beaten if I didn't pray before I went to bed and got in big trouble if I didn't go to church. Before I knew it, I believed that what I was being told was true because I trusted authority. Trusting authority is something that the average child does and that's why most people share the same beliefs as their parents. Trusting people in authority at a young age is also the only way a child can survive because the parents are cautious of things that are harmful to them. Unfortunately, kids are also exposed to religion before they can think for themselves and weed out the nonsense. Can the cone on my subwoofer be repaired?

I think I already know the answer but might as well check anyway. I hooked up my 2 10's that were given to me and the one was rattling a lot. Upon further inspection I noticed what looks like (doesn't go all the way through) a small slit about 2" long on the speaker. It's an Audiopipe 1200 watt sub and it's only about an $85 sub but still,if I could repair it (for the time being as I plan to upgrade my system eventually) I would be a little happier. It is likely the compressor is making noise due to low oil level. As refrigerant leaks out it carries oil with it; when mechanics add a little refrigerant they only put that in, and not more oil. This causes a low oil condition, making the compressor noisy. If it still pumps well, take it to your shop and have the system completly drained then have them put 2-3 ounces of oil in before refilling the system with refrigerant.

I really enjoy games where you have to work to earn stuff, like you buy upgrades at the end of every round. For example I really like: Bloons TD Series, Motherload, Potty racers 1 & 2, Zombogrinder, Defend the village 1 & 2, Storm Ops, Insect Onslaught, Spite cannon 1 & 2, Palisade guardian 1 & 2, and especially Dragon Slayers 1 & 2. Most of those games are on addicting games if you would like to check them out. I don't necessarily like games where you just free play, but I do like games where you for example pass 10 rounds and get a new gun or whatever it is. MMORPG wise I used to like World of Warcraft, but it got boring after a while. I like Darkfall, though I don't play it much, and I sort of like maplestory, which I also don't play too much. I also would like some app suggestions. Some of my favorites are: Bloons TD of course, fruit ninja, Cartoon wars, Tiny Wings, Space Miner, I Dig It 1 & 2, and Angry Birds. 1997 Explorer 4.0 SOHC idle noise?

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer, with the 4.0 SOHC engine. The vehicle is 4 wheel drive if any are wondering. After turning over at a cold start, the vehicles starts fine, it revs to about 1300rpm, then back down to idle at around 700-750, after idling for about 5-10 seconds, it drops to around 525-550, and it begins to sputter, i can give it gas, and after it's warm it stops. Heres another question, at its normal idle, the engine makes it's typical noises, but when putting it in drive (putting the engine under load), I get a clanking/rattling from the lower crankcase, just above the oil pan. This same vehicle has a new engine, as the old one's timing chain tensioners went out. I'm hoping a Ford Technician can give me some ideas on might be wrong, cause ripping the old engine apart was a PITA! It doesn't quite sound like they're bad yet, but perhaps the tensioner is warn? Or maybe its something in the lower end (main bearings), its definitely distinguished to the lower end of the engine. Any ideas?

I read this a couple of times trying to find some redeeming value. It has a message, but it is poorly delivered in the midst of cliches. The only poetic device I could really identify was repetition, and that is ineffective. Your verses lack depth and emotion. There is no imagery, there is nothing that really sparks any interest... Moving birds to grandparent's house?

But like the person that answered first said, if someone was happily married and had the perfect life, the police officer wouldn't be such a big temptation for her. So maybe you should add another detail to the story, like Rick and Shannon starts arguing because she feels smothered or overprotected by him since she didn't take the psychotic kid seriously and he was really worried. Perhaps he could begin to go to desperate measures to ensure her safety, and she thought it was all ridiculous and they were falling apart because of it? First things first.. What an emotional story! I feel for you, truly. I lost my grandad to Huntington's disease a number of years ago and in the final stages it can be painful to witness. Luckily like yourself I don't carry the defective gene, for which I'm eternally grateful. Your brother, bless his soul, must have been in a very bad place mentally at the time, but you can surely take some solace in the fact that he didn't suffer for the final few brutal years of the illness. In regards to your dreams, in my opinion they will be caused both by your PTSD and your medication. They sound extremely vivid and dreams like that can confuse/scare/bewilder us. I agree with the above answer that writing your dreams down after they've woke you up may help you make sense of it all. And I also agree with the other comment in the sense that, although you have suffered all this loss and pain, you are still here. Make a difference, raise money for the cause to defeat the illness that took your loved ones (Huntington's Disease Association) so that you can feel proud in the fact you may have spared someone else the same pain that you've felt. Keep your head held high and above all enjoy life! It only happens once. I truly wish you the best of luck in your life and I hope you succeed in making some sense of it all.

Fear of sharks and I am a surfer?

I surf from the San Diego coast to the LA coast. However I will be spending my summer in La Jolla in San Diego county and will be surfing pretty much every day for 3 months. The area just had a shark attack in the past couple weeks, a fatal attack in 2008 and is known to have a lot of great whites. I actually saw a great white when I was looking from the bluffs last week. I am starting to get freaked out because I live in a great surf area, but there seem to be a high amount of attacks in the area during the summer. What do I do? I feel like I will be sitting on my board in fear, feeling like I am going to be attacked any minute :/ I am scared, how do I get past that fear? What kind of guitar should I buy?

Right now I've got a George Washburn festival series acoustic guitar, that's about all I know. Pc shutsdown mid game?

fan makes loud rattling noise for a few minutes before the whole computer shuts down. a program i have says the temperature goes up to 40 degrees celcius at one point. Pressing my foot against the case stops the sound and makes it much less likely that it will shut down. My computer isn't very powerful but it should be able to to play things like minecraft. Last Thursday I started running a fever of 100.3. I also noticed a weird mild pain on both sides of chest in the lung area. I've been really tired and my pulse is fast. Why are my heat shields on my 04 Honda Accord loose and vibrating?

So, I had all of my brake pads, rotors, and calipers replaced at Firestone. About a week ago this horrible rattling was coming from my front axle. I assumed they forgot to tighten something, so I brought it back in. They said it wasn't their fault, but to fix it, it would be $600, because of all the labor to get to the part! They said the screws were loose, so the plates were vibrating. They said it wouldn't damage anything if I drove it like that. It is soooooooooooo irritating though. Something needs to be done. It happens at 1.5-2.5rpm's. I just have to accelerate faster or let of the gas. I think the sound is getting worse too. Anywho, could the mechanics have loosened this part on purpose so I would come back, or is it just coincidence that it happened a week after I brought it in? Also, is there any way to tell? Oh, and is it really a $600 job?

Would I be able to get my iPhone replaced?

I got my iPhone as a christmas present from my parents this last christmas. Therefore, I have now had it for about 6 months. I received the warranty with my iPhone stating that defective phones would be replaced. My phone already has a few scratches here and there, but nothing big. My main issue is that my ringer/vibrate button is loose, and it rattles whenever I shake or touch it. This is really annoying and it really sucks to have in my pocket during school, because the button moves around so much I can never tell when it goes off vibrate mode. My truck has a rattle and vibration any ideas?

I have a 99 Ram 1500 and I noticed when I take my foot off the gas there is a rattle sound when I slow down that sounds like an exhaust pipe bouncing or something similar. It sounds like its coming from about the center or front half of the truck. It's not the cat converter heat shield or any pipe its all brand new. Also when I go over 45 MPH there is a little vibration in the whole truck. the drive shafts still have their balance weights and the wheels are balanced. Could these problems be connected? Everything under the truck feels solid the only lose parts are a sway bar joint and track bar.

Right now im in high school and taking classes to be an electrician. It isn't really my dream job, but it pays well. I don't want to go to college, (I don't want the debt from it and I don't like school in general.) I have been thinking about going in another career direction. Maybe a (diesel or gas) mechanic. Coal miner (not sure about this one, those guys don't live too long). Lumberjack, a little dangerous, but I have cut down trees before. Farmer (crops or animals)/Ranch hand, because I grew up around animals like cows, riding horses, raising chickens, growing some crops, driving tractors, ect. I know that the pay wouldn't be as good being a farmer or ranch hand, but if it is something that I love to do, it will be worth it. Rather than doing something I don't enjoy. Why is my guinea pig so loud/annoying?

My guinea pig is almost 3 years old, and about a year ago got too big for her cage, so we had to get her a big one. unfortunately, the bars are movable, and she learned when she's bored or hungry she'll rattle the bars until her needs are met. She'll also squeak as soon as a stranger comes in. It's all about attitude. If you feel her behavior is inappropriate and you are no longer going to put up with it, then let her know in no uncertain terms. She'll get it. Would you allow her to bite and draw blood every day? Of course not, you would find a way to get your message across. Each person has their own way of dealing with their dog depending upon the relationship that's been developed. How do dogs get each other to "listen"? They're very clear about the message they send.

For your first time, this is great! I love the background story and moral, except... Maybe you could change the 'peasy' part, because it doesn't fit in with the seriousness of the rest of the poem. And 'a bright silhouette' is kinda contradicting itself, because a silhouette is dark... So maybe you could change that a bit. But anyways, the poem was lovely, and inspirational, good job. :)

Utah laws regarding guns?

Car makes rattling noise when it starts, but drives fine?

So i went to start my car this morning, when i did there was a loud rattling noise in my car. the car drives perfectly fine, when in reverse or drive it works fine, but the noise is still there, just not as loud as it is when the cars in neutral. i dont have much knowledge about cars or car engines, but i think it might have something to do with the starter or engine? much help is appreciated if anyone knows the problem, thank you!

Just then a.car was coming in the opposite direction, slammed on her breaks, and blasted her horn. Idk if I was too far out, she didn't think I was stopping, or she didnt think I saw her. Would it be better to cover my plants with a screen than to spray pesticides?

I have a few young plants and I noticed they have been hit by leaf miners. I under stand that leaf miners are larvae from from flies and other insects thar aren't too harmful to the plants, but have the potential to be. I don't want to spray pesticides on them so I considered hanging screen over them like the way screen hang over beds to prevent bugs. My plants are about three inches tall I was just wondering if that might be a better, easier, less harmful, maybe even cheaper way to prevent leaf miners.

i was riding. good on oil and it died, but did not instantly lock up, and it made a funny sound as i rolled to a stop like a rattling sound. and i could not kick start my bike. i checked the oil and it was good. got home and was really low on the dipstick but i cant find the leak. i think my cam chain came apart and my piston smashed the valves.... any ideas would help allot my motor is now seized up

okay so let's start. my male dog happends to be fixed but my female is not. My female is having her period and it's very miner. Even though my male is fixed he just keeps humping her! it was okay, but you need to check the spelling and when you were explaining who everyone is, it was too abrupt. i would suggest putting that part after the fight... because if you were really in a fight you wouldnt get off topic, you would just be thinking about how to stay alive, and dont say "let me just summarize" after this whole fight scene is over i would suggest that mabey on the car ride back home, when nothing important is going on to say something like "so as you may have figured out, im a vampire. But im not the only paranormal in this car. Haidas is a seer,l so she sees half visions which tend to come in haandy. Teris, well he's a shawna, which is basically a half vampire and half seer." and while your in the fight scene, you should make little clues that will get the reader to already know what Sendia is. say things like, instead of my teeth chattered against eachother and rattled my brain. say "my fangs chattered against each other and rattled my brain" and instead of telling the reader the main characters name right off the bat, make them wait and wonder a little, it will keep their attention. and so i suggest that after you explain what everyone is, you have some one say something like have Haidas say to Teris "your lucky, man. If Sendia hadn't killed that minotaur then you would be dead right now" and then everyone will know her name. and avoid using words like thingy.... this is a very good start, the story so far is good... it grabs your attention... you just need to get better vocabulary and spelling. hope this helps :)

Rattling in my chest?? I'm worried please help!!?

I'm 14 and this has been happening for about a month now maybe. At first I thought I was just getting a cold or something but I now know that I'm not. I'm starting to worry though. Everytime I inhale/exhale I feel this rattling/vibrating in my chest. Sometimes there's a slight pain or my chest will feel tightened with it. Sometimes (not sure if it's actually the rattling or what) I'll feel dizzy and I feel like I'm about to fall over and faint. I've also noticed that when I swim, even when I just float, I feel short of breath and I have to get out of the pool. I'm not sure if this is a sign of asthma or what. Should I see a doc??

I just had a dream that I was in my bedroom asleep in bed, only to wake up to extreme screaming inside head?

I remember thinking "This is it, I've finally gone crazy, my family history caught up to me and this is it" (I have a bad family history) and I jumped off my bed in terror and curled into a ball on the floor in front of my bed before calling out for my husband and clinging to my head in pain/terror, I could also vaguely hear him answering as if the screaming in my head was drowning it out. It was so realistic it was as if I had been awake, I still feel rattled from it. I've been known to occasionally have nightmares where I think I'm awake in them. Lately I've been having so many nightmares I'm afraid to go to sleep, I don't know why I keep having them. I have an anxiety disorder so waking up it's like having a panic attack, I'm terrified sometimes. I can't take another nightmare like this one. Does anyone know what's up with me?

Okay I'm going to court soon. And i live with my grandparents but they only have temporary custody. My mom is trying to get custody back. So my grandpa signed me over to my mom. Which means he allowed me to live with my mom and my stepdad until the court date. so i lived with her and my step dad. but then they got caught with less than a gram marijuana. but it was a mister-miners. And my mom and dad are taking care of it legally legally.After that illegal stuff happened the children services man came and said that everything looks good and sent a good report to the judge. Then my parents got into a little argument because my mom cheated on my dad. So my dad left and said that he was never coming back. So my mother tried to kill herself. I called the cops and they came and got her and took her to a mental hospital. My grandpa came and got me and now i live with him until the court date. Shes getting the help she needs now. Shes out of the hospital and doing great! My dad is back home!!! Yay! but my question is, does my mom and dad still have a chance to get full custody of me? I want to live with my mom and dad not my grandparents. Because when I live with my grandparents I get very depressed and I try to kill myself. My mom and dad are really good parents. And my grades and my attendance in school have improved when I lived with my mom and dad. I hope and pray that the judge picks my mom and dad. Im 16 and I have to go to court too and the judge wants to hear what i gotta say. And im gonna say that i wanna live with my mommy and daddy. What do you think the judge will say?!? the snake was light green/brown. all one color. A week ago I had a really bad cold but that's cleared up however since then the cough I also had is still there. Fearing that my relationship is becoming unhealthy?

I've been in a relationship since January and for the most part thing were going very well. At the beginning of June my bf started the police academy and it's pretty rigorous. Things were fine until i sent him 3 texts last night asking where he was. He basically snapped back saying i'm driving him crazy. He went on to say that there are 3 things that could break us up: me drinking, me sending nagging texts and me not making an effort to keep my house clean. Long story short-he had a rough day, but i didnt appreciate how he handled things. He has told me before about the texting so that was my bad, but i'm hurt that he brought up us breaking up. He came over last night after this, was grouchy, no intimacy took place, then he went home. he apologized for being grouchy later. I feel rattled by this. Things had seemed great, but with him mentioning breaking up, it doesnt seem that way. I'm hurt. Do i just back off? yes is the obvious answer but i dont want it to be like this :(

How do I get rid of a snake in my garage?

That is one serious snake and if you don't want to use the mongoose then I suggest you put some mothballs throughout the garage because snakes can't stand the smell of them and it should drive it out. A friend of mine had a snake in his van and moth balls drove it out. It will give your garage a strong smell but that's better than getting bit by a rattler. A black snake would work too but who wants to mess with that? Good luck!

My thoughts on wattage is watts is how much power is being pushed into your speakers, measured in watts, of course. I don't know much detail but i do know my little bass amp has a 15" speaker and is 150 watts. Depending on the bass it can be REALLY loud, like my Shecter bass. It has 2 active EMG pickups which push more power than a fender squire bass i played with passive pickups. It really wasn't loud at all. Do some youtubing and check out reviews on amps and woofers.

Does my mom and dad have a chance?!?

Okay I'm going to court soon. And i live with my grandparents but they only have temporary custody. My mom is trying to get custody back. So my grandpa signed me over to my mom. Which means he allowed me to live with my mom and dad until the court date. so i lived with her and my step dad. but then some illegal things happened. but they were all mister-miners. And my mom and dad are taking care of those things legally.After that illegal stuff happened the children services man came and said that everything looks good and sent a good report to the judge. Then my parents got into a little argument because my mom cheated on my dad. So my dad left and said that he was never coming back. So my mother tried to kill herself. I called the cops and they came and got her and took her to a mental hospital. My grandpa came and got me and now i live with him until the court date. Shes getting the help she needs now. and shes getting out this week. My dad is back home!!! Yay! but my question is, does my mom and dad still have a chance to get full custody of me? I want to live with my mom and dad not my grandparents. Because when I live with my grandparents I get very depressed and I try to kill myself. My mom and dad are really good parents. And my grades and my attendance have improved when I lived with my mom and dad. I hope and pray that the judge picks my mom and dad. Im 16 and I have to go to court too and the judge wants to hear what i gotta say. And im gonna say that i wanna live with my mommy and daddy. What do you think he will say?!?

you could stick with zildjian (its best to have all the same brand of cymbals) and just upgrade them, you can't go wrong with an A custom medium ride (heavy sound, but not too thick or loud) and A custom hats. If you still think that thats not heavy enough or you don't like the sound, try K custom (although i never really liked those much). Also, i personally use sabian, so sorry if any of my info is a bit off.

Ok so, I have a camaro, 2000, 3.8L. I have a code that I got from the check engine light that says Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) or something like that. I am confused if it is coming from the alt or cat? If so, what is the best and cheapest way to check if the cat is bad? The car has 115,000 miles on her. The knocking sound is really pronounced on cold days but goes away either after seconds or after the car warms up.

I have practically no social support, no one that I can talk to and trust. Everyone always ends up hurting me. I hold alll my problems in because I have no one to talk to about them and it's building up and I don't know what to do. I am really scared lately and afraid of everything. I don't trust anyone anymore because everyone stabs me in the back. And I do mean everyone. I started getting a voice inside my head that tells me I'm pathetic and useless and that no one loves me. It says I should run away or kill myself. And sometimes its just a bunch of thoughts all going off at once and I can't make out the words. I feel like I'm not normal anymore and that I'm a freak. Now I'm getting panic attacks and it's even causing me physical pain in areas because of all the anxiety. My family doesn't care and is never there and my friends don't either. I was in my house and all the lights were off and I was going down the stairs but heard a rattling sound at the bottom and somebody breathing and telling me in a taunting voice to cone down the stairs. I didn't because I was afraid he had a knife and would kill me. When I didn't go down the voice started yelling and then stopped and I could hear it breathing loud. I have never had these hallucinations before and it's scaring me. I also saw deer run out in the road and stop dead in front of my car and vanish in thin air that night. Ever since the voices and deer have gone away and no I don't do any drugs at all. Never have and never will. I'm just very scared about all this. I'll be fine and then I very depressed and want to die all of a sudden. Any ideas as to what this is? Or what is causing it?

I was doing Deadmines the other day on my Death Knight to get the achievement and I noticed something strange. On the way to the entrance of the instance there is a bunch of miners, hard at work. The only problem is these miners are striking away with their picks then walking away with a bundle of wood!! This doesn't seem to make any sense to me. Does anyone know why they did this? Will my cat come back?

I have a cat named Shadow. I went on a vacation and came back to find out my cat went missing. I know some cats disapear for a while then come back, but my cat has been gone for 3 weeks. Shadow is pregant with kittens, but she isn't due tell the beginning of July. My dad came home while I was still on vacation. When he came home, he saw her for 2 days then she was gone. She hasn't came back home to eat or anything. I am getting worried. I live on a farm 30 min. out of town where a bunch of rattle snakes, and coyotes live. I am affraid that she ran somewhere looking for me and got lost. I called for her everywhere except out in the fields. If she herd me she would come back. If she is still alive, will there be a chance she will come back? Its been for 3 weeks since she hasn't been here with no food or water. Will she live? Will she come back? How can I find her? I'm from Ireland, and the bailouts have done my country definitely more harm than good. my parents had to take 20% pay cuts, and registration fees are getting extortionate for college so that the country can pay back these bailouts. They say one of the hardest things in life is watching the person you love, love someone else. But, the hardest thing in my life is watching the person I love, love me back. Yes, that is basically a craving of everyone since they say humans would simply like to be either love or be loved. But for me why is it so . . . different? The one who loves me is the one I love back. But who will ever know? No one will ever know. As I’m trying to, keep it a secret in order to protect the reputation of mine. I think to myself that by admitting I’m in love with a less fortunate, unattractive, unimportant, brainless, anti-social human being who loves me back I’m ruining the portrayal of myself. I think and think. Is that what I want? Would I rather be with the one I love and dismiss my reputation as it is or keep my thoughts to myself and be forever unhappy with myself? As time goes by my thoughts are raging. When you don’t know what to do all you can do is wonder until you can make the decision. It may take days, weeks, months, or even years but this decision can and will change my life as I know it. My problem is not that I can’t make a decision but the society of today is forcing me to choose reputation over love. Its sad thing but what is one little person like me to do? Nothing but decided which one is more important to me. Obviously, love but also, reputation. I’m just a small and confused person living in a big and confusing world. im 16 n i got into trouble with some friends, they caught us around n area were they found a pipe, n know we have like a miner probation. My red eared slider turtles are going nuts?

I have 3 red eared sliders (used to have 4, it's a very sad story, tell me if you want to hear it) and they won't stop moving. mostly they swim against the glass, but sometimes they pile on top of each other and slam onto the bottom of the tank. We just cleaned the tank but it gets horribly dirty in less than 1 week because the turtles keep stirring up the "bad stuff" on the bottom of the tank. All day and all night I hear them slamming against the tank and stirring up the pebbles. you might think that the sound of rattling gravel is calming and natural, but if it is *this* loud and *this* frequent, it gets *this* irritating. Literally, they won't stop moving for 10 seconds. When I get near them, they "stand up" and pound against the glass even more. The tank is beginning to crack on the side and I can't find peace and quiet anywhere downstairs. I can even hear the turtles when I'm playing a computer game upstairs with the volume turned up. Just recently, today, I have not even heard the rattling stop for 3 seconds and the tank is extremely dirty. They did not even do this a few months ago. I think that the turtles go even crazier when I approach because they are so hungry. They probably burn tons of energy like this. We bought a new large canister of turtle food less than 3 months ago, and it's already half gone. I can't even think about adding more gravel because they kick it aside into a pile within 2 minutes. I'm really worried about them, they are burning energy faster than they can eat, and I don't want any more to die. The tank gets so wavy from their motion that it looks like there is a tsunami inside. They keep me up because the rattling pebbles are so loud. Their shells banging against the tank are causing damage to their own shells and the tank. The rattling and banging are so disruptive that I don't even want my friend to come over anymore. please help, I'm worried for them

Im 14 year old boy i had a dentist appointment in february and in may my orthodontist appointment finally came to be at the end of june :/ but my dentist didn't even tell me if i need them he just said he'll send me to Blah Blah Blah orthodontist for my Braces (confuzzled) so i know its hard to get nhs braces but im hoping i do although my teeth dont look to bad to the eye i have slightly overlapping front teeth causing one tooth to appear slightly bigger than the other so when i bite down only one tooth touches the bottom row of teeth causing the part that doesn't touch to make an open bite on the entire one side of my mouth i have some crowding and overlapping on the bottom row of teeth also contributing to the bite being opened and some more miner problems else were i mean its like a gap in my teeth but under my tooth which causes it to be a gap around the entire so of my mouth, that's why i hope to gain braces because its a genuine problem right? well what do you think please help, thanks

My friends 18 and on miner probation still? And there forcing him to stay home with parents?

So my friends been on probation for about 1.5 years and I thought what was said was he was on probation until he payed his fines or until he turned 18? but I could be wrong...But anyway shouldnt he have to be transferred over to adult probation first of all and how can they force him to stay living with his parents, I dont think this is legal, Can you help me out? When will women get equal earnings as men?

Being a nurse or having a data entry job deserves equal pay as a lumber jack, coal miner, deep sea fisherman and a builder. Just because men work longer hours and do the harder/riskier/important jobs and account for 90+% of workplace deaths doesn't justify the earnings gap.

Oh dear, you sound lie you're having a really rough time of it at the moment. For what it's worth, you don't sound weird at all, you sound very level headed. I'm not surprised you feel you have low confidence-families are supposed to be supportive, which helps our confidence to grow. It sounds like all these do is bring you down. you don't say how old you are, but if at all possible it might be an idea to give yourself some space and time out from these people for a while. Could you stay with this other cousin?it seems like you might feel more comfortable with her. Since they suggested it, maybe instead of confronting them tomorrow, you could smile and just say that you would like to get to know your cousin and would really like to spend time with her.
