When will women get equal earnings as men?

Being a nurse or having a data entry job deserves equal pay as a lumber jack, coal miner, deep sea fisherman and a builder. Just because men work longer hours and do the harder/riskier/important jobs and account for 90+% of workplace deaths doesn't justify the earnings gap.
