What language is my name?

My first name is Hally (which is possibly norse) My last name is Schwartzbein. Every time I ask my father about imy last name, I get a different: Ukrainian, Russian, German. All I know for sure is that it means Black Bone because my family (years and ears and years ago) were coal miners. Please I would appreciate your help :)
