Could I have pneumonia?

Last Thursday I started running a fever of 100.3. I also noticed a weird mild pain on both sides of chest in the lung area. I've been really tired and my pulse is fast. I haven't had a cold or been sick. Last night the lung pain woke me up. It feels kinda tight. When I breathe in or out it feels like something is rattling in my lungs a little. When I cough, it's not productive. Feels like I need to move mucous but I can't. The lung pain feels worse than it did 4 hours ago. Also feels like more tightness in my chest. My fever stays around 99.8 to 100.3. I'm 31 and I don't smoke. I have a 3 yr old and 8 month old that I'm scared of them getting sick too. I don't have insurance. Should I go to ER? I'm home with no car until Friday. My husband works out of town. Not sure what to do. I don't want to get so bad that it gets dangerous.
