I'm really sick and need help!!!?

I got a miner sun burn today and i don't no what to do my symptoms are > I cant breath very well i have a tempter of 105F my brain feels like its like swollen because my head hurts really bad and it feels really tight I'm shaking really badly and crying because this hurts so much I can't go to a hospital and I'm really young and i don't no what to do!!
